- Items must be unused, in new condition, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for a return.

- Custom or personalized bags may not be eligible for return.
- Sale or clearance items are often non-refundable or returnable.
- Bags showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.
3. How to Return
- In-store: Bring the bag along with the original receipt and tags to the store for a return.
- Online: Follow the instructions on the website to initiate a return. You may need to ship the item back, and return shipping fees may apply (unless the return is due to an error on the seller's part).
4. Refund Process
