Orders are shipped across most serviceable pincodes in India via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post and others.

Shipping availability for a specific address is confirmed at checkout based on pincode.
Processing time

Orders are usually processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 24 hours on working days. Custom‑printed orders may take an extra 2–3 working days before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time

Standard delivery time for most metro and major cities is 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Remote locations or areas with limited courier connectivity may take longer, typically 5–10 working days.
Shipping charges

Prdcraft currently offers free shipping on most bags within India; any exceptions or surcharges (for remote locations, heavy or bulk orders) are clearly shown at checkout.

If applicable, shipping charges are calculated per order based on destination, weight and/or order value and will be displayed before you complete payment, in line with Google Merchant Center requirements.
Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with the courier name and tracking number so you can track delivery status in real time.

Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after the parcel is first scanned by the courier.
Undeliverable or delayed shipments

If a shipment is delayed beyond the usual delivery time due to courier issues, weather, or operational constraints, support will help with updated timelines or alternative solutions.

If the courier marks a shipment as undeliverable (wrong address, repeated failed attempts, etc.), the order may be returned to origin; reshipping can be arranged after confirming updated address and any additional charges.
